Experience Summary
I have earned my Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Florida State University. With that degree I spent several years in Management and the most recent 6 years teaching. I have taught children at all levels from Kindergarten to High School. At the elementary level I taught computers and computer applications. At the High School level I taught Marketing, Accounting, Computer Applications and Journalism. Before I taught (and while I was teaching) I also spent many hours in private tutoring. I have tutored all areas of elementary education as well as Middle School math.
Teaching Style
Because of my love for children, I left a job in management to pursue a career in education. I believe that all children have the capacity to learn and the desire to succeed. With that said, I also believe that every child learns differently. My goal as an educator is to help children figure out their method of learning and help them with techniques for future success in learning. I am patient and compassionate and I will push your child to go beyond their highest potential. As an educator, my success is found in the success of your child.
