Experience Summary
As a graduate from University of Idaho, I was very much driven to reach a higher level of excellence in education, leadership, and support of my peers. I have earned a BS in Chemistry, which has allowed me to gain an understanding in many levels of science, not only how in how to learn but how to adapt those lessons for others. During the last eight years, throughout high school and college, I have tutored students in Engineering, psychology, mathematics, chemistry and biology. While much of my tutoring and teaching came through the University, I was also the Inter Fraternal Council study table coordinator, which required finding a way to teach a lot of non-science majoring students as well.
Teaching Style
I love teaching and working with all students. I believe everyone can learn, no matter the difficulties faced in the past or present. I educate on the belief that because everyone is unique, everyone also has a unique way of learning. I am available to help your son or daughter to find academic success in a way that is tailored to their needs. I am patient, easy going, and considerate, while still impassioned to challenge and inspire. My goal is to provide the best education possible, not just in teaching a subject, but also helping your son or daughter to learn to grow academically. I am a firm believer in teaching through discovery and hands on approach.
