About Me

Experience Summary

I was a High School Teacher in Hillsborough County as an American Sign Language Teacher. I have also tutored my nieces and nephews in various classes ranging from Elementary School classes to High School Classes. Many of my High School students came to me for help in Reading and Biology classes.

Teaching Style

I believe in hands on learning. When a Student is learning to Read, I believe in practicing for success and celebrating success with a great deal of praise. I use the read along method and the pointing and sounding out the words also. Sight word vocabulary helps a great deal.
