Experience Summary
As a college graduate, I have taken several courses to enhance my knowledge base in education. I have earned a BS in Elementary Education with endorsements in Reading and Special Education and a MS in Secondary Education with an endorsement in Guidance Education. I will be graduating in May with a Specialist in Education degree.
As a public school educator, I teach in a self-contained setting. I teach Reading, Language, Spelling, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies everyday.
Teaching Style
I love teaching as a facilitator. I want my students to be engaged and explore in the classroom. I actively seek ways to meet the needs of all students; I feel that each has something to offer. I encourage my students to take ownership in their learning and appreciate how important it is.
