Experience Summary
As a foreign language graduate from USF I have achieved excellent credentialities from my former professor to obtain a post of assistantship at the same institution to teach undergraduate French level 1&2 for a period of two years. Based on my supervisor's comment I have accomplished outstanding experiences through the classroom management.I was highly involved and motivated to collaborate with the department administrators to plan and improve the foreign language program while working hard to earn my MA degree.
Teaching Style
I always consider for motto, "If my students can't achieve my expectations, it's my teaching approach to blame not them!" Because I believe teaching is an invitation for students to discover the vast knowledge and inspiration of a teacher. Therefore, it's up to that instructor to sell convincingly his or her product to the pupils with great pleasure and patience. I am firmly convince that all children can achieve the maximum of a classrom expectations if all, the methods, environment, and management, and dynamism are present. Finally great teachers can always be defined not by the amount of their experiences but by the difference they made in their student' lives.
