Experience Summary
I am a graduate of Kennesaw State University. I have taught in a variety of grade levels ranging from Pre-k to 8th grade. I have a passion for teaching and love seeing students achieve the unexpected. I have a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood but have become certified in Special Education. I enjoy working with struggling students and helping them to boost their confidence and see success. Over the past 6 years I have tutored students in math, reading, and language arts.
Teaching Style
I love teaching and working with children. I understand that children learn in a variety of different ways so I am innovative in my teaching approach. I get to know the individual child and their interests and use those as a valuable teaching tool. I am patient, flexible, and understanding. I believe that every child is capable if given the right direction.
