Experience Summary
Through my years as a student, I have learned that the ability to acquire knowledge is equally as important as the ability to effectively communicate and pass that knowledge to others. I am currently completing my master's of science degree and have earned a bachelor's degree in Anthropology. This coursework has provided me with knowledge in chemistry, biology, and statistics, as well as extensive grammatical skills as a result of writing research papers in a wide array of subjects. During my time as a graduate student, I have taught five semesters of biology to undergraduate students. Additionally, as a teenager I taught martial arts to elementary school children; as such, I have gained experience in teaching students of many ages.
Teaching Style
I enjoy teaching and working with students of all ages. I believe that every individual has the capability to successfully learn, and I am willing to adapt my teaching style to best suit your student's learning needs. I am patient and encouraging, as well as a strong, positive motivator when necessary. My teaching experiences have led me to understand that an attentive, adaptable, vigilant instructor can make all the difference in helping students gain the necessary knowledge in a positive, constructive manner.
