Along with my degree, I hold a Professional Educator’s License in North Carolina for grades Pre-K-6 as well as a Reading Endorsement.During my time as a student at Kent State, I was able to have many small group tutoring opportunities; most of which consisted of reading, writing, and math. Teaching Style
As a teacher I feel that I will bring more than just the standard teaching requirements to the table. Throughout my own education at Kent State University, I had many experiences and opportunities that inspired me to be passionate and committed to educating students for the future. I hope to be a role model for my students by making a difference in their lives while showing them how important they are to me. I also understand that in order to complete these goals, collaboration and self reflection make all the difference. I am always open to critique my teaching in order to better assist my students.
