Experience Summary
Since 1995, I have been a tutor for grades 2-College,focusing on Mathematics. Most notably,I was a Contract Tutor for the Club Z Tutoring Co, tutoring students in grades 2-12 in all subjects, and HESPA, NJASK, and SAT exams.I am proud to say that one student's mother was so pleased that I helped her son reach his goal score on the H.E.S.P.A. exam that unbeknown to me,she recommended me for a full time teaching job at her son's school. I have a B.A.in Math,and a Minor in Education,with teaching experience.I also was a Study Skills Instructor at Kean University.
Teaching Style
My teaching style can be described as strong knowledge base coupled with excellent explanation skiills.I prepare on my own time for each tutoring lesson,which makes the Session run very smoothly.I also cultivate open and clear communication channels with students,parents,and teachers.
