Experience Summary
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a primary focus in International Business, a secondary focus in Marketing Management and a Minor in Speech Communication, along with a certification for Economics through Lunds Universitet in Lund, Sweden, where I spent a semester abroad.
I have just returned from Lausanne, Switzerland where I spent the past year teaching English, interpersonal skills and nonverbal communication to two Suisse/French children, ages three and five, who had no previous knowledge of the English language.
My academic and professional training combined with my passion for helping others, has equipped me with the necessary tools required for a highly successful and rewarding teaching career.
Teaching Style
My teaching style involves a large degree of listening and patience. I strongly believe that each student requires a unique teaching style, tailored to his or her needs, strengths and weaknesses. I am a very patient and understanding young adult who loves working with children of all ages and assisting them in discovering the joy and importance of developing his or her reading and writing skills.
Given a stimulating, challenging and rewarding environment, children can gain valuable knowledge that will give them the opportunity to advance and feel confident in their future academic and professional lives.
