Experience Summary
I am currently a college student seeking a position which will give me the experience I need for my future profession. In addition to Spanish being my native language, I have also taken a few Spanish courses in high school and in college; including Spanish III, AP Spanish, and Spanish 3600. Some experience I have had with tutoring/teaching includes peer tutoring children with disabilities in high school, tutoring middle school student with a program called America Reads in Logan UT, teaching preschool with Union Bilingual Preschool in Logan, UT, and I am currently a Young Women's Leader with the LDS Church.
Teaching Style
I have loved teaching children and peers around me ever since I can remember. As a young girl, I would always say that one day I would be a teacher and I still hold on firmly to that belief. I am patient, responsible and friendly. One important aspect I believe to be of extreme importance is to never give up on a student, no matter how much they are struggling. I am here to give every student a chance of success. I am here to find different ways to help students learn the material they struggle with. My dream is to help every student I meet reach their full potential and succeed not only academically, but in life.
