Teaching Style
I enjoy teaching and working with children of all ages. I received an award for classroom management, and work well with students who are learning English as a second language. I believe all children have the potential to excel if given the opportunity. I believe that attitude and approach create the climate in a classroom. I believe that learning is growth and not accumulation. I also believe a student must believe a teacher cares before they will care what a teacher knows. It is also important for a teacher to help a student develop positive self-esteem.
