Experience Summary
At Purdue, I taught 5 semesters of general chemistry recitation and labs. Also, I tutored college level students at while living in Louisville. I currently work as a manager at a chemical company and am attending school part time to get my MBA.
Teaching Style
I tailor my teaching to the student and try to be as interactive as possible. For example, I use balloons to teach VSEPR Theory so student can visualize how electron repulsion can lead to the shape of a molecule. I also relate the material that we are learning to practical applications.
