Experience Summary
I have spent the last 30 years working with children and families in providing education, information and entertainment. I've been a full time teacher, a substitute teacher, and a tutor for children grades K-12. My company creates education product for the family market. I have earned a masters degree, M.Ed and a bachelor degree in Elementary Education, along with a minor in science in psychology.
Teaching Style
I've devoted my life to working with youth. My teaching style is to make the material as interactive as possible. Not all students learn in the same fashion. As a teacher my job is to use a method that best suits each individual student. My style is patient and easy going while making learning fun. I strive to provide the tools and techniques to allow each student to work toward their potential. As we all know from our years in school, there were a small number of teachers that really made a positive impact by how they taught and facilitated the class. I strive to be one of those teachers.
