My professional background is in psychology and business. I have over 20 years experience in organizational and business development; business operations/management; leadership and staff training; counseling; professional speaking and writing; and executive and business coaching. I’ve participated in lifelong learning in these areas as well as other areas for both professional and personal success. I’ve worked in a few industries, including a variety of health care venues. Teaching Style
My style of teaching is motivational, interactive, creative and inspirational, whether as a formal trainer, coach or leader. I believe in tailoring my work to meet the needs of the individual while, at the same time, incorporating proven methods. My goal is to help each client attain excellence and be the best they can be. I aim to help people tap into and use the gifts they have to reach their daily and lifelong goals, both personally and professionally. I am an upbeat, positive coach and teacher. I also believe that direct honesty—but with compassion—is the most effective and respectful way to help people. I help people discover how special and gifted they are—and everyone is.
