Experience Summary
I have earned a management degree and in my professional experience, I have trained employees for 20 yrs. I have always been the manager to whom the staff will go to for questions and answers. I am very approachable, and I pride myself in the fact that I am like a psychologist, teacher, and friend to my staff. In my personal experience, I have raised two children, tutored them through the years, and also, volunteered in both of their classrooms and helped other students who may have required additional assistance to achieve their goals.
Teaching Style
I enjoy working with children. I sometimes wish my children were still of school age because I miss the atmosphere of the classroom. I am a strong advocate that any child can succeed, as long as they are given the necessary tools to help them achieve. I also believe that patience is a virtue that many people do not hold to anymore, which results in some children being skipped in the urge to move ahead quickly. I am the one who is always looking for the quiet one, who might need the help, but isn't always the one to muster up the courage to ask.
