Experience Summary
I have plenty of classroom experience. I have worked as a substitute teacher for every grade level possible from pre-kindergarten all the way to adult school.
I can work with all ages and grade levels depending on your needs. I can tutor the most basic of skills to more advanced formulas that require in depth analysis. I have tutored for a couple of friends before and in both instances, they earned an "A"
in their class.
Teaching Style
The key to success in any field is overcoming fear. I used to have a fear of some classes, until I decided I was going to face my fears and tackle the subjects. I can break down long problems and concepts into smaller components that are easier to understand. Math or science can be broken down into baby steps or bite size pieces. I work to make the subject as simple and logical to the student so they can master the subject. My goal is not to simply hand out fish, but to teach them how to catch their own fish.
