Experience Summary
I was a teaching assistant for 3 years after I got my first M.S. degree in physics in 1985. I taught several science related classes in these years. I had a good relationship with students and communicated very well.
I came to Univeristy of Notre Dame in 1988. While pursuing my degree, I was a teaching assistant to grade homework/exam and to tutor student for their homework. I got good feedback from students for the simple and practical style of teaching.
Teaching Style
Teaching is a passion. I like it very much. All the students can learn. As a teacher, one should be patient and teach with love. The efficient way to improve grade is to set up a good study habit and never give up.
After I graduated from school, though I have been working in the industry rather than academic due to various reasons, I always want to get back to this career. I believe my industrial experience will bring positive impact to the student.
