Experience Summary
I have both a bachelors degree and masters degree in business administration/management. Both of these degrees have given me a high level of knowledge in many areas such as finance, accounting, math in general, writing, and presentations/projects. I have always been an extremely sharp student excelling in most any course I have taken. I could tutor any of the k-12 age groups, and probably many college level students (depending on the course). I have experience in training others through my work as a service coordinator and a supervisor at a fortune 500 company.
Teaching Style
My teaching style really depends on the person I am working with. People learn different ways. It is important to identify what works best for the person. For example, some people may learn through discussion, while others may need to see pictures or presentations of the subject matter. I like to identify how the person learns first through questions, or by testing them with a simple task first to identify the method which seems to work best for them. Once this has been identified, training can begin.
