Teaching Style
When teaching or tutoring a student I have found that there are several factors in how it should be approached. The most important of the factors are the subject matter and the students learning style. The learning style of the student has to be considered when teaching. Helping a student learn requires finding the most effective method. You want to make sure they understand the subject matter while exposing them to other possible ways to approach difficult problems. You can provide tools not only for the problems they are having but preparing them to handle future difficulties. Teaching can be rewarding as you help the student help themselves by discovering their own strength and weakness as well as was to improve.
