Experience Summary
As a Canisius College graduate, I was very motivated to practice different teaching approaches. With my passion to incorporate/integrate technology into my lessons, students will gain a better grasp/understanding of how business is used in everyday life. I doubled majored in Business and Accounting at Thiel College, which has given me a wide spectrum of knowledge of the business world. I have experience as a student teacher, mentoring and training students as a Resident Assistant at Thiel College, managing students by being the President of a non-profit club called Circle K at Thiel College, and being a substitute teacher at Allegany-Limestone School. I filled in for a variety of different subjects.
Teaching Style
I love working and teaching children of all ages. Every child has the potential to be A students, but each child may learn in different ways. I will use different modalities or styles of learning to best fit each child. I am a very patient and outgoing person. I believe in respect of the child and teacher alike. I am more of a permissive teaching approach, where I want to become someone your child looks up to but does not need to depend on for every answer or situation. I will make every effort to make a difference in every students live.
