Experience Summary
I received my Early Childhood Degree from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, IL. I started teaching thereafter. I have taught young children for 4 1/2 years. In addition to teaching I tutored children after school for Title I Reading/Math through Springfield School District. I tutored 4 days a week Monday-Thursday for 1 hour. Right now I am planning on going back to school to get my special ed endorsement and eventually my Master's Degree in Special Ed. I would also love to get a degree in Social Work. Those are my future plans.
Teaching Style
I really love working with children. I am so enthusiastic when it comes to teaching children. I love what I do as a teacher. I am very enthused about helping your child in any academic area. I am a patient, enthusiastic, caring, and very outgoing person. I believe that every child can succeed if given the opportunities. I believe that no child should be left behind and that as an educator I believe in making a difference in the life of a child.
