Experience Summary
I hold a graduate degree in Engineering which gives me expertise in both math and science. I can teach elementary, middle and high school students. Infact, I believe a solid foundation in math and science is built early on and it is important to focus on development of these skills accordingly. With this mindset, I have the patience to deal with children and the motivation to make sure they understand concepts. I have also taught college students. During the last 2 years, I have tutored undergraduate students and also mentored and advised them on career choices. I have taken both GRE and GMAT and scored well on these tests. Therefore, I can guide students on test preparation as well.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is interactive in which I urge students to solve problems. I guide students by teaching them concepts step by step, then encourage them to apply them. This helps them master concepts and gives students the confidence to apply concepts to problems.
