Experience Summary
I have 10 years of experience educating, instructing, advising, leading and mentoring young children and adults. I am creative and patient as evident from my educational background: AA in Liberal Arts and minor in Fine Arts, a BA in Video/TV Production and minor in Fine Arts, and a MA in Elementary Education. I hold a current professional teaching certificate in the state of FL. I have three years teaching experience in Hillsborough county and a little over 2 year teaching in a Montessori environment. When teaching Kindergarten my favorite subjects were math and writing.
Teaching Style
Educating is a passion of mine. I love leading the children down the road to self discovery. I believe in meeting the needs of the child based on observation. I have been described as kind, patient, warm, creative, and fair. All children can learn with the proper environment, tools, and educator. Not all children learn the same way that is why it is so important to observe the child as an individual and set individual goals.
