Experience Summary
I worked at Elohim Center tutoring the kids at an after school homework center in Hartsville, SC. I also worked at Hartsville School of Performing Arts for a short time period. However I provided assistance to the teachers and mentored the children that had potential, but didn't have the extra push in life to motivate them to be more. I worked at Billie Hardee Home for Boys in Darlington, SC as a volunteer I provided teen age boys the assistance in tutoring them with math, reading, and science. I have earned a BA in Criminology and an Associates in Sociology. As a soldier helping people is not a job or a career, it's my choice in life to give and be rewarded through the final product of a completed task.
Teaching Style
I love teaching and working with children of all ages. I believe and know that children can learn, but they have their own ways of learning. I am available not only to help your child find academic success but to provide children with a mentor, a friend, and a life long experience of helping me, be able to help them. I am patient, easy going, considerate, loyal, respectable, honest, loving, caring, and I have a wonderful heart. My goal is to provide the best education possible and also be able to make changes in a child's life and show them the many different directions of life that they may be faced with.
