Experience Summary
I have taught two years here in Florida (middle school physical education) and five years in California as a middle school math teacher and reading intervention teacher. My strength is in math (algebra and prealgebra). I have extensive grammatical skills due to writing several research papers and essays. It is my pasion to "coach" students to success.
Teaching Style
I beleieve that every student has the ability to succeed. I view myself as a coach whereas I coach the student to success through various teaching methods. I am very positive and enjoy working with all types of students. I have found that when I first develop a trusting relationship with the individual student, then the road to success falls into place. I do not except failure. I am firm and consistent and have been told by many that they have found me to be their favorite teacher over the years.
