Experience Summary
I have a degree in Microbiology and a minor in Chemistry. I enjoy teaching and I have worked as a substitute teacher for two years. I am also fluent in portuguese and I have taught english to non-native people. I have several years of laboratory experience which I believe enables me to teach children real world examples of how science works. I believe this also can prepare them to think analytically.
Teaching Style
I enjoy teaching and I have taught all grades and various subjects during my time as a substitute teacher. I think it is important for students to ask questions. This is important for them to be able to learn effectively. I think science is important for students to be able to learn how to think analytically and to develop a curiosity of the world around them.
