Experience Summary
As a Midway College graduate, I held high standards in achieving a level of excellence in education.I have earned a BS in Arts, which has enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas of organizing, implementing, evaluating, management,and other related disciplines. As of February 2011 I will begin work on an MBA degree at Midway College. In addition, I have learned extensive grammatical skills due to writing research papers, essays and reports in a variety of areas of study. During the last six years I have been substitute teaching arts and science to K - 12. Prior to this time I volunteered tutoring services for preschool through middle school students, along with various other ages.
Teaching Style
I Love teaching and working with all age groups. I believe all students can learn, but each in different ways. I am available to help your student find academic success. I hold high standards in how I teach. I am understanding, I listen, and considerate. My goal is to provide the best edcuation possible. I am a firm believer in providing a constructivist approach to learning and teaching through discovery. I believe all students can meet their potential if they are given the appropriate surroundings and learning experiences. High standards in teaching makes for great educators and can make a world of difference in a students edcuation. I strive to make a difference in all of my students lives.
