Experience Summary
I started speaking Spanish when I was 5 years old. Since then, I have been reading, writing and speaking Spanish. In high school, I began taking formal Spanish classes. I passed each class I was put in, jumping levels as I kept going. I also was an aide for two Spanish teachers I had. Since I began learning Spanish, I knew that I wanted to have a career involving the language. In the university, while taking classes, I planned on applying for a tutoring job as soon as possible. Thanks to a professor's recommendation, I was hired immediately.
I love it when people want to learn a foreign language. Knowing more than one language opens doors. Learning Spanish helps and it will help you.
Teaching Style
I like to teach young children and adults. I teach young children using learning materials such as picture books, language games, anything that will help them learn so that they can have fun and learn at the same time.
With adults, I am more serious but I still have fun to make sure they enjoy as well. i believe there is nothing wrong with making education fun for all ages.
