I have been a Teacher's Assistant for a teacher who taught BC Calculus and IB Math HL. Every so often I would teach lessons for teachers and help classes review for tests. Pre-Algebra is one of my top subjects!

I went to a Magnet Middle School which taught me accerlated Math and Science. I then went on to take all Honors courses, and some Advanced Placement courses, in High school. I graduated with Honors with an Advanced Diploma. I am now a third year student at Old Dominion University where I am studying Elementary Education. Breaking step down till a layman can understand and I love to be interrupted with questions.
I have tutored math very often and over the course of helping others, I've learned the British ways of solving a math problem is extremely easy while the American ways are a bit confusing for the students. I could remember a day while working at Dollar Tree HQ in the Finance Department, a math problem arises and it took my supervisor 12 minutes while I solved it in 45 seconds. We arrived at the same answer however, time is of the essence.
