Learning Problems/ADHD/and College Bound Experience

I am very aware of the necessity of adapting my teaching style to the learning modality of those I am working with. As an educator I evaluated students to define how they best process information. They may be auditory learners, visual learners or they may use a combination approaches. I am very patient and understand that everyone can learn. I am currently an instructional aide in a special needs classroom and work with elementary and middle school students.
