My comments on tutoring Elementary Reading : Lower Elementary Teacher for 15 years. I like to look for the special ways to meet the way a student learns. I believe each child learns differently.

I believe each child has her/his own way in which to learn. It is a process of discovery but my experience and intuition are pretty darn good. I like to combine humor with organization and accountability, on my part, the student's part and as well as the parents'.
I am a previous elementary school teacher, focusing mainly in the lower grades during my 15 years of teaching. Prior to that I was trained and taught Montessori Elementary, Grades 1-3. Helping Your Child Reach His Potential

I have tutored elementary children one on one for about 2 years now. I did my student teaching at Friendship Christian School in Raleigh. I enjoy teaching children to read and am proficient in teaching mathematics to younger children. I do well teaching one on one with no distractions. I am firm, but not mean. Teacher with gentle touch - Very good at explaining new subj

Web manager and usability analyst as well as instructor. I have been asked at various jobs to teach training classes to my peers because of my ability to deliver an easy to understand lesson. I've been told I am very good at explaining a topic that someone has no experience with at all. I am on contract with NC States Computer Training Unit.
