A Little Bit About Me...

I love working with children and with adults. I especially enjoy watching a child's eyes light up when something makes sense. I value the constructivist approach to learning and encourage learning through exploration. I provide as comfortable a learning atmosphere as possible, knowing that students learn best when the least stressed. I am confident each student can learn and succeed; I am determined to find the most effective way to connect a student with new skills and understanding, knowing that each person has a way he or she learns best.

A Little Bit About Me...

I absolutely love teaching. I have considered continuing my education and pursuing a secondary education teaching degree. I believe I am patient and kind, and provide a learning experience that is most beneficial to all. I think that students can have fun while learning, and I try to combine fun into my teachings. Although so many students don't believe it, anyone can solve a math problem! They just need to understand how to look at the problem the right way. I'm able to give the one on one attention that a teacher isn't able to.
