My experience started in my high school years helping my brother and sisters with homework while our mom was working. I believe sometimes it is the teacher failing not the student. To become a Doctor we don't always have a choice. i was blind in my left eye and completed on a level equal to all other students. Now they call them special needs. I believe in cognitive dissonance is best way of knowing the retention is high.
