I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and a minor in Psychology. I have had several years of experience working with the public. I enjoy working with children and helping them to succeed. I have the patience to help them achieve their goals. I have worked with adults helping them achieve their GED and placing them into training programs.
It is much easier to learn, if you know the instructor is working with you and for you. I think if the person is in a relaxed atmosphere and they know they are moving forward toward their goal, they will feel the rewards of their efforts. In college I assisted with my church youth group and led classes approximately once a month for two years. During 2010 I volunteered with a Kindergarten class.
