After that I spent several years in a FT professional touring performance ensemble that performed for all ages in a variety of settings across the Midwest. In my career in automotive plastics, I coached or taught manufacturing principles to improve quality and efficiency. My demonstrated success is due in part to my efforts to educate and coach operators, engineers and managers to understand the basic principles of chemistry, math and engineering to buy into a logical course of action.
