I'm Alfred University Graduate student in Literacy Education, graduating in May, 2010. I attended AU for my undergrad work in Elementary education. During my time here I was able to do my student teaching, which were the best learning experiences I've had. During the summer of 2009, I tutored a young girl in ELA, to help with her speech and language impairment, which was very hands-on and a pleasure learning about her. I have babysat for neighbors, tutored children at the elementary level, and I worked at two daycare centers as a Pre-K head teacher. I attended SUNY Oswego and received my bachelor's degree in Childhood Education 1-6 in May 2008. I also received that year my NYS Teaching Certificate.
