Creative Writing is one of my top subjects!

I am able to effectively teach a group of kids, and I am also comfortable with the one on one teaching style. Regardless of the environment, I know how to make sure the needs of every student is met.
I have always had the ability to effectively teach my family, peers, and other classmates. However, I recently decided to get into the field of tutoring. Creative Writing is one of my top subjects! I am a news and features writer for a weekly newspaper in Chino and Chino Hills, and also write screenplays and fiction. Finding a unique perspective from which to approach any subject and matching it with the storytelling style that best captures the tone is my greatest strength.

I have 8 years experience writing news and features for a weekly newspaper, as well as screenwriting and fiction experience. Creative writing is my strength. I wrote a weekly humor column in collge, and have won awards in both feature and news writing. I also teach acting for grades 3-12. At the heart of all of my experience is the desire to tell stories in the most effective way possible.
