For kids up to 12 years old, I use a variety of methods and instructional tools such as colorful foam and board books, coloring books, flashcards, posters, videos, audios, and games among others (some materials may be at an extra cost). Puzzles, music, drawing, and physical activity are important in a child’s world of learning through exploration and critical thinking. Kids’ lessons usually start with common vocabulary such as shapes, colors, food, family members, etc. and gradually transition to simple 2-3 word sentences after acquiring a certain amount of vocabulary.

I have a Bachelors Degree in General Studies from the University of Maryland which includes two concentrations: Second Language Spanish, and Human Development.
