It is best to learn sign language in person. Signs are done from the hands and facial expressions and is best learned in person.
Being a CODA, child of deaf adults, has allowed me to be fluent in mine and my parent's native language of American Sign Language. Through my 13 years of professional work in the sign language field, I have tutored and taught sign language and have mainly worked as a sign language interpreter for the Deaf and hearing community. Currently and for all of my professional years of interpreting, I have worked in the educational setting interpreting for mainstreamed Deaf and hard of hearing students at both high school and college level. Experienced American Sign Language Tutor

I have 15+ years experience, as i was raised as a coda child in an all deaf family. I also have an extensive background in deaf culture, facial and body expressions, it is one of my most favorite part of the course to teach and learn. I am also starting my BA to become a Sign Language interpreter in spring 2015.
