A Little Bit About Me...

I have a degree in elementary education with endorsements in reading and history. I also greatly enjoy teaching writing. I taught Pre-K for two years with a focus on reading, writing, and math. I was a nanny for a year for five and seven year old. I would assist with homework and practice reading skills. I currently am subbing in various classrooms and teaching general subjects from Kindergarten to Middle School. I have a passion for teaching and really enjoy helping children learn.
I love working with children, especially in a one-on-one style to really help them grasp and understand a concept. I know all children are capable of learning and some just need a little extra help.
