After tutoring students for a combined four years now, I have learned very quickly that each student is different. Some require more of a hands-on approach, while others work best independently. It is much easier to learn, if you know the instructor is working with you and for you. I think if the person is in a relaxed atmosphere and they know they are moving forward toward their goal, they will feel the rewards of their efforts. It is easier to learn when the instructor and the child are working for the same goals.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and a minor in Psychology. I have had several years of experience working with the public.
