Speaking is one of my top subjects! I haven't had any schooling on the matter but i am well experienced in speaking in front of crowds and one on one. I have done many speeches with my marketing background so I know a trick or two.

I don't have any formal training like college or anything. Every bit of my experience is real world experience from working in the field. I believe that hands on or real world experience is much more efficient compared to book knowledge. A book can only tell you a thing or two that might work. I know what will work.
My teaching style is a little bit outside of traditional. I believe in a more hands on approach not just say " Read this and lets see where you are tomorrow." People respond a lot better to this approach as opposed to homework or lessons that make no sense.

I have worked previously as an au pair, summer camp counselor (Children's Arts Camp, Theater Pre-Orientation), and reading tutor. The key to being a good teacher is being patient. I believe children learn best in a positive and stress-free environment. When a child does good on the work then I praise them and if they make a mistake then I explain to them the error in the homework. When I was a small child, I remember my teacher being patient and helping me along the way. My easy going nature and fun personality allows me to make learning interesting. I have always believed that the best way for someone to learn is to put the information into terms that are understandable to them. In the past I have used illustrations, acted out scenes from battles, utilized initialisms, and made up songs to help students learn concepts. I received formal instructor training while serving in the United States Army and successfully taught over 700 students for advanced training. I have 4 years experience teaching for two community colleges and currently an adjunct professor for a 4 year college. I am proficient in all areas of accounting both as an instructor and a worker.
