The most important element of achieving success in school is self confidence. The way I help build that in children is by being extremely positive, supportive, and full of praise. I observe their behavior carefully to make sure they truly understand what they are being taught. When something is challenging to a child, I try different methods until I know it “clicked”. Most of my teaching style is based on one to one teaching. I also have two years of experience teaching in a group. Most of my teaching style has been one on one. When I was working a teacher's position each student was working on a different level. But I did include several activitites that were on the same level of the whole class.
I, Chad Hanson started out teaching private piano lessons after I grauated from college. I have nine years of experience in the line of work. I also have one year experience as a teacher's assitant, and one year as a teacher's position. I would like to continue my experience in the field of tutoring.
