I got 760 in my PSAT test I tutored my geometry teachers son and raised him from failing to a b level in 4 months. I got my CSET in History and Chemistry. I have all my crendentile classes done at CSULB. I left Long Beach before i could do my student teaching. Experience: Responsible for monitoring training of individuals on shift and delegating work assignments. I would assist in designing training aids and test. I was responsible for scheduling training, perform the training, and then following up with making sure it is recorded and tracked.
I believe teaching style is dictated by the student. I have noticed that some take to hands on training better or repeating of the process till it is learned. My teaching style is quite organized, but also empathetic. I allow for students to use their various aptitudes and abilities to learn. For example, when a student normally presents a report to the class, that student reads from his notes. I had one student who was musically inclined and played her guitar to make her presentation. She used her musical skills quite effectively.
