A Little Bit About Me...

I was motivated by my passion for Mathematics and excellent approach my teachers used to teach me back in the days. My understanding of Mathematics and history of the early Mathematician made me to major in Mathematics. With bachelor in Mathematics I have taught a NABTEB certificate class for year, 85% of my student that sat for the exams passed and 80% of those that pass also pass their University entrance exams and have gain admission into University. A Little Bit About Me...

As long as I could remember academics have come quite easily to me, from elementary school to current classes in college. Prior to this year I've only helped out my sister extensively as she has had problems understanding most teacher's methods. I understand nearly every aspect of math up to Algebra II along with most English, philosophy, and psychology classes and have helped people that I shared a class with in all mentioned areas.
Since I'm not a teacher and don't follow a schedule or have designated hours, I feel like I can be a lot more patient and easy going with students. A Little Bit About Me...

I have a bachelor's degree in Finance. Currently I am an electrical engineering student who has completed three semesters of calculus. I love math and I spend a lot of time the last two years studying algebra, trig, geometry, and especially calculus. I have strong communication skills and have an ability to make material simple.
I have no direct experience teaching. I do have a lot of experience working with other students in my classes and explaining how to to solve problems and going over ideas and concepts. My experience with teaching began in 2004 as a volunteer for William Saroyan Elementary School in Fresno, CA. I went on to graduate from CSUFresno with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology; Science is my passion and I believe our young students are in dire need of mentors who are dedicated to show them the world. As an Undergraduate, I volunteered as a librarian, and tutor. In 2009, I was employed by Americorps and was required to teach Science, Math, and English to 4th- 6th graders for eight weeks.
