My teaching style varies according to the different areas of need in each child. No one child is the same, and they all learn in different manners. I approach the student with a safe and clean environment in which they feel the most comfortable learning. A method that works best for them and a friendly approach that makes them understand I care about them and am there to help. I believe that each child is capable of learning. I want my students to know that I will not give up on them, and that I believe they are all capable of learning and making progress. I believe that students succeed when they are actively involved in their own learning. For this reason, I will use plenty of hands-on activities and manipulatives that will reinforce concepts to students.
