Teaching is keeping your participants attention by interacting with them...you can't imagine the fun they can have and still learn.
While in college, I tutored students in high school in lower level math and reading. I also taught swimming to high school students. During my tenure in industry, I was able to train less experienced employees in measuring tools and their use (calipers, Mics, feeler gauges, etc,) so that they might get a better position in the company and I received accolades from the home office for my efforts.
