My teaching experiences have had me in classrooms with age groups ranging from preschoolers to adults. I have been able to adapt my teaching style to suit every group and individual I have worked with, as I recognize the importance of an individualistic approach to education. I taught with the Bangor adult education program in the early 1980's as a graduate student in educational psychology. I taught adults a variety of subjects math, English and GED preparation at that time. I also taught English as a Second language with them. I also hold a masters in education at the University of Maine at Orono that I have not listed in the formal education section. I reserved that section for relevant finance and accounting information. But having said that, I have a broad psychology and education background (I was a clinical counselor for 12 years)that goes along with my knowledge of finance and accounting theory.
