In 2009, I received my Bachelor of Science in General Biology. Throughout college, I saw a need to help others and began tutoring for a short amount of time in 2006 in high school Biology for a young man who was failing his class. With some motivation, learning, and studying he received A's in Biology for the duration of tutoring. Since then, I have tutored in elementary through college-level math, science, and English. I would want each student in my classroom to feel wanted and feel a sense of their identity present even when they leave the classroom. Each student should be given attention. To understand what they feel and how they react to the material being presented to them is very important to me. I would encourage students to learn and let their views be heard.
